Abuse, Discrimination and Bullying of CAF Members with Mental Health Disorders (National)

The Federal Court of Canada certified a class action seeking damages for current and former members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) with Mental Health Disorders who have been victims of harassment, abuse, and discrimination while serving our country.

The action was certified on May 9, 2024. The Crown has appealed, so the matter is currently before the Federal Court of Appeal. An update will be provided once the Court of Appeal makes its ruling.
